• Autumn protein porridge 🧡🍁

It took me some days to get used to the changing of the season, but figs and persimmons sure helped me saying goodbye to the Summer days!

For this porridge I mixed these in a pan:
• 40g oats
• 30g nutrifoodz_ vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup water
• Sprinkle of cinnamon

I cooked these ingredients for around 5 min in medium heat. After that the oats became nice and creamy! I transferred them into a big bowl and I topped them with:
• Figs
• Persimmon
• Raw buckwheat
• Pumpkin seeds
