Black nutritious smoothie 🖤☠️🌱
I started my day with a spooky yet sweet and super healthy smoothie. Full of iron, calcium, omega 3, antioxidants and all the goodies!
I made a nice big batch and was sipping on it through the morning during my practice in uni. Here is what I blended:
• Frozen berries
• Chia seeds
• Vanilla extract
