Spirulina & Chocolate oats – nourishing your body in difficult times 💚💚

As some of you might know, the covid-19 situation here in Switzerland is quite bad: my school isn’t closed since it’s a classical music school and we have to keep being able to make music with others. That unfortunately comes with the cost of having more infected people in my school.

That’s why I am being extra careful in general but also putting enough nutrients in my body, in case something happens, I want to play with a “full set of cards”, if you know what I mean 💪🏼🌱

Iron is an especially difficult mineral to get, so the easy way is to add a bit of spirulina in your porridge! I do this by mixing these in a pan:
• 40g quick oats
• 30g nutrifoodz_ chocolate protein powder (you can even add extra cacao powder)
• 1/2 tsp spirulina
• 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 1/2 cup water

I cooked them for a short while until it got creamy, then added:
• pomegranate
• kiwi (amazing source of vit C)
• extra chia seeds
• raw buckwheat
