• Turmeric & Ashwagandha porridge 💛🌟

I have been consuming ashwagandha on a daily basis, since some months ago I started realizing that I couldn’t live with the level of anxiety I was dealing with. I researched a lot, decreased my caffeine intake and added ashwagandha into my diet. Who knows what exactly helped me out, but because I feel so much better now, I’m sticking to it!

For this porridge I mixed these in a bowl:
• 40g quick oats
• 30g nutrifoodz_ vanilla protein powder
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder
• 2 cups water

After cooking these for some minutes, I added one cup of frozen raspberries and mixed well. Then I topped the porridge with:
• Banana
• Peanut butter
• Raw buckwheat

So delicious 🤤
