• Turmeric porridge with berries and berry cookie 💛🍪🌸 immune booster

For this breakfast I cooked these in a pan:
• 40g quick oats
• 20g vanilla complete nutrifoodz_
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 1 1/2 cup water

Then after some minutes boiling the oats, I transferred them into my coconutbowls and topped them with:
• kookie.cat.cookies wild berries cookie
• frozen berries
• goji berries
• raw buckwheat

Having berries like goji, bloobs, raspb and strawbs is a wonderful way to boost our antioxidant content, to be able to fight illnesses, together with the immune system protection from turmeric. If you find a way to get in some of these each day you’re for sure improving your body’s defenses!
